There is no 7 days grace period after your extension of stay is cancelled.

If working for a company with privileges to use the one stop center they give you 7 days to leave the country.

You need to change the reason for your extension from working to retirement on or before the day your extension is canceled.

The company cannot issue a 7 day extension. If you got 7 days at immigration it would be to leave the country and could not be extended.

Your work permit cancelation is not that important to immigration. They will want to see a dated termination letter to cancel your extension so that you can apply for a new one based upon retirement.

Your work permit could be canceled a few days before you go to immigration.
