I agree the cables should not be hanging down as they are dangerous .... as witnessed,  however,  I am just saying that tourists come here with zero experience riding a motorbike and as such need to be aware of the inherent dangers within Thailand and on the roads. We see low hanging cables everywhere over Thailand.

Lets hope the cables are relocated higher by the offending party.

I want to believe that you only drive a car and never come across thin cables like the internet cable with a bike.

helmet might have helped.  THailand is NO place to relax on common sense.

Or made the cut deeper...

I could not ever imagine a cable hang that low on a public road...

Wonder what would be the outcome if it were a motorcycle police officer that got decapitated?

Same outcome as with Red Bull boy that dragged a cop under his ferrari downtown BKK-nothing.

Tourists renting a motorbike probably never ridden before and I expect no insurance.

What could possibly go wrong   :shock1:

Renting and riding the bike in Thailand where tricky neck cables hang across roads, to snare and garrote unsuspecting holidaymakers.
