These guys are just teasing you. It's kind if like an initiation ceremony for a new poster, you will get used to it. Domestic help is not at all easy to find nowadays, 10 years ago it was easy, now really difficult to get any kind of help, even if they are not very good, if you sack them you will find it difficult to get a replacement. You may also try asking friends who have maids or helpers if their employees know of anyone. But finding one who speaks English will be very hard. Although it was said jokingly by another poster about looking in massage and bars for a girl, there may be a chance that if you check out the massage places where most of the girls speak some English you may find an older one looking to get out of the business. The older massage girls know their days are numbered as most of the customers like to pick the younger girls. They may be open to a domestic job with a free place to stay.
