AlexLinna
Could any of experienced members advise a reliable and not overpriced dental therapist in Bangkok. For such simple matter as pulpitis. Though the matter is ordinary, its better to be in good hands. Thank you for the replies

lopburi3
Dental treatment is done by the doctors in Thailand - but often they do specialize so larger clinics/hospitals will have more of a selection.
Sheryl
Least expensive option in Bangkok would be Mahidol Dental Hospital. There is one near Victory Monument and another out near Salaya. https://dt.mahidol.ac.th/en/hospital-phayathai-campus/ https://dt.mahidol.ac.th/en/hospital-salaya-campus/ These are hospitals linked to a major University. There is both a regular public channel (where you will be treated by interns/residents under supervision from a senior dentists) and an "after hours" channel where for a few hundred baht more you can directly access the senior professors. The quality is fine, but waits can sometimes be long. Aside from being significantly less expensive, one advantage is that at public dental hospital you will not encounter a risk of unnecessary over-treatment (e.,g. root canal when perhaps it could have been avoided) whereas you may in a private dental facility.
