DAVOS, Switzerland (Reuters) - The United States is moving to add more countries to its travel ban list, U.S. President Donald Trump said on Wednesday, but gave no other details, saying the changes would be announced soon.

The Trump administration is planning to add seven countries - Belarus, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, Nigeria, Sudan and Tanzania - to the list, U.S. media reported on Tuesday.

The Trump administration is planning to add a host of African, Asian and Eastern European countries to its travel ban list, U.S. media has reported. Matthew Larotonda reports.

Myanmar is on the list.  Were you expecting a lot of terrorists from Myanmar?

They have committed genocide on their own people.

Geez, keep up with reality.

Do you know anyone from Myanmar?  It would help you to make an informed statement instead of an ignorant one.

I know loads, work there a lot. Your original statement is ill informed.

Do you even understand the purpose of a travel ban?  It's for national security and safety reasons, not to stop economic migrants.  Unless Myanmar has become a hotbed for terrorism.
