I looking to buy an air-con at a reasonable price . I have been offered the York inverter 24,000 btu for 27,000 installed . I think it is a good deal but would like advice .Please remember I looking for a middle priced unit not high end .

10 year warranty and good reviews. Should cost around 2000 to get it installed, maybe less.

If it breaks down after 10 years, it will have def paid for itself and then some. ????

Comparing apples to oranges. I believe the OP got a quote for a 24,000 btu NOT a 12,000 btu unit.

I need a 24,000 btu unit . I can't see any reviews for them .Maybe somebody here has one and can give some feed back .

We have Mitsubishi in all our properties and they seem pretty good with spares available. If I was to do it again from the start I would only have Daikin, if you look you will see most commercial properties use these units and not just in Thailand.
