Complete my contract, and change school, need to cancel NonB?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

So if a person work and complete the contract untill the end of Nonb and work permit date. Then, decided to change a workplace/school. One has to cancel the NonB and apply for a new one? Or just go ahead and apply for a new NonB?

Thank you.

If you can get your paper work from the new school, no you dont need to. Im not a teacher but our company just hired a new guy and he did everything in 1 day. I dont know if it works the same way as schools.

If you cannot do all the paper work in the same day.. dont even try to try. Just go to Laos or another country to get your proper visa.

Good luck

Visas are not canceled. You would cancel your extension of stay based uon teaching issued by immigration.

If were to have a new employer then you could apply for a new extension using supporting doucment from them on the same day your current extension. The new employer would have to apply for the new work permit and then get a approval letter for the application. Then after the new extension was done your current work permit be canceled and the new one issued.

If you would

If you had not arranged a new job then you would need to have your extension canceled and leave the country to get a tourist visa or a 30 day visa exempt entry.
