Then you can it it without having to stop and pull bones out of your mouth. Fish bones in your mouth are a CHOKING HAZARD. What's up with this stupid "traditional"? Thai people want everything else easy. Thai people prefer riding around in Toyota Hilux pickups instead of the back of an oxcart, for example. Why? "More easy", faster, safer, less effort. Quite frankly, I wouldn't feed whole fish that hasn't been deboned to a dog. Wouldn't want it to choke on it. Apparently people in Thai culture are less than dogs.
