rech
So they are not famous or even known in Thailand ? Cannot blame them if the rest of the worst still doesn't know how stupid it is to eat carbs, it's not surprising that nobody knows it here. It states they're available in Tops, Big C and Foodland, so are hardly unknown.
thedemon
As Oxx says, definitely not no carb. They're low carb if you're comparing to standard pasta but otherwise calling any kind of legume low carb is pushing it. Remember also when comparing carb count, 100g of those noodles is wet weight, not dry so you're not getting much for your 100g. As far as I know the only (common in Thailand) really low carb noodle/pasta substitute is Shirataki. Some people say they're great. I tried hard to like them but just can't. Have you tried spiralized Zucchini?

I should try foodland maybe ? and why still so much carbs if they are soybean noodles ? thanks again.
Oxx
Dried soybeans are roughly 30% carbs by weight. The noodles are made from dried soybeans. Ergo the carb content.
