Trump says military may consider discipline for ousted aide Vindman

He's in the military and subject to military rules and protocols.

That includes following a chain of command.

If he did indeed tell the truth and followed the protocols and rules he has nothing to fear.

If not, then he will find out he's also not above the law.

There are concrete reasons for my condemnation of Trump’s own words, own policies, own actions. Of course the military would not consider any disciplinary action for testifying to the truth. The military oath is to the U.S. Constitution. Not to “Il Duce”.

The American voters decided he was indeed deserving of that very real title and more.  Having gone to the military academy, he had more military experience than Obama, Bill Clinton, and Hillary Clinton combined.

Ah, no, the Electoral College ... not the American voters who voted for another candidate in the majority. And sadly, far too many did not vote. Whether that was out of rejection of both presented candidates, laziness or feeling their vote did not count for anything remains subject to speculation.

I guess if it would be up to Trump they would send him to Gitmo.

And I am sure millions of Americans would still support Trump.

What happened to that country? They were always a little crazy. But mostly only a little. And now they go full throttle ahead.

Not that I believe in god but it's time that he helps his little god's own country. They need any help they can.

Not only Vindman, but Lou Dobbs is reporting that Trump is also considering firing Intelligence Community IG Michael Atkinson. Atkinson transmitted the whistleblower's complaint to Congress and is an Obama holdover.

Drain the swamp.

Now that it has been validated that it's OK for Trump to use power for personal gain, loyalty to Trump equates  loyalty to country and the constitution… or does loyalty to Trump trump loyalty to country and the constitution? Do the military swear loyalty to Trump  (like under memorable regimes) or …?

President Trump is making good on his promises to “drain the swamp” and cut Obama-era holdovers from his staffs, especially the critical and recently controversial National Security Council. Officials confirmed that Trump and national security adviser Robert O’Brien have cut 70 positions inherited from former President Barack Obama, who had fattened the staff to 200.
