Popular Post Bangkok Barry
So he took them to the wrong place because he didn't know their hotel and would lose face by admitting it, and then wanted to charge them for taking them to the wrong place, and when negotiations - read intimidation - failed he tried to kill. Another case of someone willing to kill over 100 baht. As did a taxi driver in Bangkok who killed an American who not only had a family of his own but looked after several impoverished Thai kids. 5

Iron Tongue
Quote “The argument became a fight, during which Kiattisak swung a 70cm scythe at Mr Krogh’s head, but Mr Krogh blocked the blade with his right forearm,” Col Aphichart explained. Note to self: never take a moto taxi if driver is carrying a 70 cm scythe!

Or am I stupid and miss understood "That justifies attempted murder, got it..." Where did I say that? I didn't condone the attack but he agreed to pay a fare and he refused so he was not blameless in the instigation of the incident. The attack was unjustifiable, of course, but what do you think he expected, a free ride with no consequences? "why do i always see you defending thai criminals and their violent acts by saying such things you just did". You don't. Where have I "defended Thai criminals and their violent acts" exactly? Just one example would be enough. The reason that I make comments here is because this is a forum and I have an opinion on what is posted here. Just because it may not be the same as your opinion doesn't mean that it's wrong or that I defend violent acts of criminals!
