Finnc99
Hi, I have a non-o multi entry based on marriage. Time for extension is coming up, what documents do I need? Is there a time limit that I have to do it before e.g can I do 1 day before expiring? Thank you all.
fishtank
You can do it the day before if you want. Just make sure that everything is in order. Take Wife. Her Tabbien Baan. Her ID Card. Your passport and a passport size photo. TM7 application form. She may need to do a TM30 form. Depends where you apply. All forms are available in the pinned topics at the top of this forum to download and print. Edited February 15, 2020 by fishtank
ubonjoe
You can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife up to 2 weeks early at most immigration office if you want to. You will need your marriage certificate and a copy of it, copies of you wife's house book registry and ID card. You will need proof of residence to prove you are living within the offices designated area when you apply for it.
