13 years coming to Thailand and never being on one of these things. How does one sitting in the front gets off if he wanted too? (I mean get of the bush you pervert) 

I think a mask should be the least concern of the guy grabbing the ass  of the gender ambiguous individual next to him. LOL

Though from the look of some of them a mask might not be a bad idea , and not just for virus protection.
