Good areas in bkk to rent an apartment?

well he just told you that all he care about is AC and WIFI so why do you make things

complicated?

why can't you get it? some people require only good AC and good WIFI.

Maybe it is good to live and work close to the center/in the center but the rent rates must be higher there.

Yeah, no neighborhood is worth a bad commute.  I am thinking 5km, maybe 7km, but 10km is pushing it, and you might be late allowing an hour.  Plenty of people spending 2 hours each way, here...no wonder people convert their living rooms into mini markets.
