Thai people don't seem to mind having their time wasted, but where I come from we do. For example, I went to a supposedly major money exchange with a reasonably large sum of money this morning. As god as my witness the guy said "we had the money but my Mom took it". He said it would be ready at 5. At 4:41 I was in the car and about to leave. I got a message from the guy "it won't be ready until 6". This kind of <deleted> happens every single day. Being disappointed in goods, services, and pricing goes with the easy access to wine, women, and song. Things work different here, you are aware for it, so you kind of waste your own time by ignoring the odds getting this kind of behaviour.
