We received back the applications with the following post it (attached), can anyone help translating? We applied via mail to the NYC Consulate. ubonjoe Posted February 19, 2020 Share Posted February 19, 2020 I have not had it translated yet but the one part in english makes me think they are saying you should be applying for a non-ed visas to attend a school.
