Popular Post darksidedog
I bet even the old fella driving a buffalo cart saw that one coming. Dissolution of a political party is something you should never see in a democracy. If the party is as evil as their enemies suggest, the populace should have the right to not vote for them. Dissolving them only shows the fear those pulling strings have of a party that wants to make things fairer for the people. 24

It is why it possesses such a thoroughly frightened and hive-like academic and intellectual class. Toe the line or be economically, judially or physically harassed to the point of exile or oblivion if required. DannyCarlton
@Yinn Don't say I didn't warn you. Now that Thanathorn has been isolated, he'll face a few false charges and be imprisoned until people have forgotten about him. 3

On this occasion it's a lot more than revenge. it's a deliberate attempt to destroy any opposition that might provide a threat to the ruling elite. I read and article today that stated that they have contingency plans to join a new party. I'd assume this is one of the small parties in the opposition faction. Thanathorn stated that he and his executives will continue to act outside of Parliament (and there has been a precedent for that!) 2

Well I doubt they will give up and I hope they will keep active from outside of the parliament, but I won't be surprised if whatever they do / say they will get punished and severely.
