Koh Samui: Attila the Hungarian caught stealing from coin-op laundry

The media said that there have been a spate of crimes involving a person using skeleton keys to break into coin operated washing machines and coin-op gasoline stands on the island recently.

Now we're getting to the bare bones of it.

Looks like Attila the Hungry had a pretty thin time making any money.

I'm guessing he's on an overstay as well then.

Idiot.

He was charged with theft at night using a conveyance and detained by the Koh Samui police.

So why is he detained in Ban Tai?

I was also wondering about that, when I saw the photo, but the police box in Maenam don't have a prison-cell to my knowledge – unless they have secret dark hole in the back of the house – so that might be why...🤔

Actually it has, friend of mine has seen the inside of it.

Got her out with the help of my lawyer.

The police should not be nickle and diming this guy. Once the penny dropped he knew not to bet his bottom dollar on escape.  his bail will be a pretty penny and he wont be in mint condition when his time is served.

he had been on the holiday island for 5 months and didn't have a job

Umm what an idiot, the idea of a holiday is not to work  🤭

Perhaps, as he has been here for five months, he was asked by the police if he was working, hence his reply?
