Actually it has, friend of mine has seen the inside of it. 

Got her out with the help of my lawyer.

Perhaps, as he has been here for five months, he was asked by the police if he was working, hence his reply?

yeah there were some times in past years where my holiday cash ran short so that ended the vacation and I flew back home and went to work and did so without overstaying any visa.
