Their use of mobile phones and the internet is high but most of the usage is to play mindless games or watch poor quality video programmes - awareness and learning still remain a long way from other countries

My impression is that young Chinese are even more addicted to smartphones than Thais. As with many things smartphones can be good servants but bad masters.
