Seems the law disagrees with you.

then the law is an ass.

if he actually raped the girls ,then he deserves all he got ,but lets face it ,most just went along to get a part ,didnt want to maybe ,but nobody forced them ."its life Jim,but not as we know it"

how many of you have been with a bar girl and asked for it for free and she said no,so you gave her money, she didnt fancy you ,but did it for the money ,they did it for the part .think about it .

Did anyone of the Harvey-bashers follow the statements of the "raped" women?

Dating Weinstein after the "rape" repeatedly? Sending him love-messages? Asking for help or a job?

Yeah, sure, it was a kind of Stockholm syndrom and the earth is flat.

The evidence presented to the court and how the jury consider that evidence is what matters.

You think I don't know that ,just saying there are a lot of coloured people

in jail who also protest innocent.quite a few who are.he's far from it.

He must be your hero ,judging by the other post you made.

"Another travesty of justice in the land of the free." quote BritManToo

regards Worgeordie

So because I believe in Justice and rules of evidence, I'm a bad person?

The western world hates men & worships women, which is why I don't live there.

This isn’t ‘elsewhere’.

It’s NY, I find it funny you din’t seem to understand that.

So his defence team can't/won't claim that his LA trial has been prejudiced & the jury pool poisoned by media coverage?

Fancy that! I'm so glad you were on hand to clear that up :omfg:

No coercion. Just say "No, thanks".

"Rape" is something violent. Use Google.

This is the 21st century. Rape does not have to be violent. There doesn't have to be physical force; let alone physical injuries. Women (and men) can be raped through coercian in a manipulative, controlling relationship or by abuse of authority.

Blokes will have to get consent forms off women now to prevent them regretting it afterwards and crying to the cops, after they cashed the cheque of course

I once attended a lecture (1974) given by a lawyer about avoiding the risk of false rape accusations in the UK.

His conclusion was to be entirely safe, you would need a signed consent form witnessed by two impartial people who could attest not only to her willing consent but her mental state and sobriety at the time.
