PHUKET: Phuket Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) Chief Graisorn Mahamad is urging all people across central and northern Phuket to conserve as much water as they can. The call comes as dwindling reserves start to dry up and drastic water-saving measures are leaving large populated areas without any tap water at all.
