gk10002000 Posted March 2, 2020 Share Posted March 2, 2020 People are foolish that give these "trainers" money. Go to the library or bookstore and by a weight training book. Start with basic 3 sets of 10 reps and a weight you can handle. Give that a few months and see how you feel. cut out the soda and the bacon cheeseburgers and good things can happen. It is not rocket science. Goodness, if you are too lazy to read and study a little bit, you most likely are too lazy to take training seriously.
