Too many people in Isaan do not seem to know that Songkran holidays are cancelled/ postponed.

Excellent fried rice with shrimp and an extra egg for 50 baht.

Thank you, I wish there were more of such restaurants. It's hard to believe that you've got to search the city to find really good food.

As long as their relatives in the cities know and don't travel back home for now, it'll be alright

Yes, I know. Many have disappeared. Actually fantastic how good a simple traditional plate of food can be.

I was just wondering if that's only in Isaan that people have less knowledge of essential changes?

Come on man,  "essential changes"  200 infected out of 69 million people?

read my previous post.

Paranoia and panic is for the people in highly infected countries who consider toilet paper a necessity and cannot think for themselves.

Yes, it´s only in Isaan! They look at the rice fields to know what time of year it is

In Laos they listen to the rice to grow.

The people in my wife's village didn't know it, and I was just wondering if that's only in Isaan that people have less knowledge of essential changes?
