snoop1130 Posted March 20, 2020 Share Posted March 20, 2020 Two Thai men arrested for raping American tourist on Koh Phangan Two Thai men are in police custody after allegedly confessing to raping an American tourist on Koh Phangan. Police said a 26 year old man from Surat Thani and a 23 year old man from Songkhla were arrested on Thursday. Police said the two men had been working on the island installing furniture and had been staying in the same block of bungalows as the victim. Police said the men had seen the victim earlier in the day and waited until her boyfriend had left the bungalow before entering the property. One of the men then kept looked out while the other carried out the assault.
