moontang Posted March 24, 2020 Share Posted March 24, 2020 Try unplugging it for a few minutes..disconnect transformer from the tv, too. That will force a reset. I have 32 inch Sony smart TV..if you are doing a ton of stuff with it..it will do stuff like that..and of course make sure you have good batteries in your remote. moontang Posted March 26, 2020 Share Posted March 26, 2020 (edited) Also, the transformer can be ruined if you use it frequently in a hot apartment. It gives off heat and needs ventilation, just like a laptop. Not that any foreigner would ever go cheap on ac to avoid paying marked up electric usage.
