How much of the American pharmaceutical industry relocated their production to China over the last couple of decades?  It wouldn't be a philanthropic move.

When the need for mass production of medicines, inoculations etc occurs which country will hold the aces?

same for technology - we enabled them in return for cheap manufacturing, they reverse engineered it and now they are almost better at it than we are
