Barr's Justice Department under Trump figures they can indict a (somewhat) president of a foreign country on criminal charges.

 

But the same Barr Justice Department says they are somehow barred from indicting an equally big U.S. president criminal on criminal charges....

Ukraine and Crimea next to Russia, both part of former SU with large part Russian population. Syria they are supporting the government and send military at the request of that government.

 

Now I am not saying they should be there and no questions can be asked, but these situations can not be compared with the US incursions into south American and Asian countries.

maybe it would be interesting to consider that, I say it again,  maybe, the South American or Asian countries asked/ requested help from the US, not that I agree with such incursions but anything and everything is worth a consideration, never saw any document indicating Syria requesting help from Russia, but, let's agree,  it's possible as for Crimea and Ukraine being neighbors with of Russia with a large part of Russian population that's not a reason to invade and steal, but since said population was living in Ukraine, thus Ukrainian population not Russians, same as US states of California, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, would it be be ok for Mexico to invade steal these states as they have a lot of South American population also called/identified with a pejorative name of "Mexicans" even if from different countries.... same could be said for the north states bordering Canada and don't forget Alaska that was part of Russia or Soviet Union who sold it to the US, ( The Alaska Purchase (Russian: Продажа Аляски, tr. If you don't want a dissertation then don't give it, I gave a short to the point post, but still you seem to have missed the 'possibly not ok' part.
