Just gonna have to get your beer earlier. Soon there is every chance of a curfew during these hours anyway which certainly would not hurt as people do stupid things with a belly full or a bottle of Lao Khao inside at these later times. Go to Big C or Makro for your essential goods. Convenience stores are for stuff like when you need a bottle of milk or similar. You won't die overnight if the shop is shut.
