yosib157 Posted March 28, 2020 Share Posted March 28, 2020 In Nakhon Phanom many bigger restaurants are closed and local ones can only serve take aways. Local to us on Thursday, a medium sized one was fined 10,000 for having customers eating inside. These are only my own observations in this part of town and cannot comment accurately for others.
