the 8000 odd PUI what exactly are they doing with them ?

[snipped}

you wonder why the confirmed cases of CV-19 are so low - well you have your answer, they don't seem to be testing the PUI masses

They're using the same template for the road traffic death figures:

You're only counted if you die at the scene of an accident, not if you die in the ambulance, or later in hospital.

Looks like they must only be Covid-19 testing the people who can no longer be listed as PUI, but just those with fully blown symptoms.

the tests do not work 100%.
The youngest French victim of covid-19 was 16 years old.
When she was admitted to the hospital for severe respiratory symptoms, she was tested 3 times, the first two tests were negative the last positive

I'm starting to understand why China saw the need to lock up quarantined people.

Makes sense.  1:3

Rapid test kits i itially used in EU were purchased from China.

It has since been discovered that only 30% of the kits actually work to detect covid-19.

They are only testing the dead ones. And as they have now moved on to their next life they are listed as recovered.
