The military would rather see people starving and dying in the streets than give up the toys for the boys.

It's probably only a matter of time before the military may need their hardware to quell unrest in the streets, so they'll probably be checking their arsenal and thinking about supplementing it at present. That will require a few more billion in the budget for sure. ????

Oh, Oh, remember when the current folk threw themselves a dinner to fund themselves? Maybe, they could do that again, but this time, they - could - fund - the - c.o.u.n.t.r.y

"Meanwhile, the Constitution’s Section 172 stipulates that loan for emergency can be immediately approved. This approach may take some time, as we will need the Constitutional Court’s

So in an emergency the loan can be approved immediately. That makes sense. But that approach may take some time.

We all agree they are crying poor. They have an army of 350,000 men and 1400 generals and 3 subs on the way . The big question is? Who is more imporant? Your people or military? Not  a hard question is it? We all know? Yeah look out for Laos. There Navy is in the Mekong river right now LOL 2 sampans and a couple of canoes. Hope the Thai subs can stop them?
