I think it is still nothing too crazy compared to any western country but TH is certainly changing fast, wonder if we also need armed guards like in PH everywhere here soon, if the economy really goes down and tourism doesn't really pick up in the same way due to that as well. That would also be over the limit for me. At least happy to not have bought a house yet, either gonna get a great discounted deal or just leave 'forever' instead.. Wonder what time brings.
