Yes you would - If you plan to buy the property you would like to see it's a freehold, not mortgaged or have any other claiming on it such as a court case pending. Regretfully nobody is ever there and the solar cells are no longer that talkative. Any clue how to get hold of the owners without having their land title deed details or copy?
