madmen
With a ton of air bnb condos hitting the market now with zero tourists your chances of attracting a rental without a 50% discount is zero
Cristiancjb
The rent is quite cheap, specially if long term stay and yes, I'm aware of the situation but still have to try and see.
Happy Grumpy
Zero tourists. Migrant workers gone. Only locals left. Many without jobs. I hope for your sake there is a local employee that still has a job and has decided that this is the time to move into a new apartment and building. Will you be completely disinfecting the unit and everything in it?
timendres
Be sure that your lease allows you to sublet. Many do not.

Yeah, we'll see if there is any luck, I don't put much hope but who knows.

The owner saying, oh, nobody's been in there for weeks, so no need for it to be disinfected, besides that the entire World is in a pandemic, likely won't cut it. Anybody moving into a new rental unit now is going to expect it to be entirely disinfected before they pay the deposit.

Most were condo's.
