So, they managed to get 6 out of 158 so far to do what they demanded that they do. And, the purpose of the quarantine is to keep them from potentially spreading the virus...so, what are the 152 of them doing right now?

Was a simple temperature test done on any of these people?

Probably not, it was just a simple <deleted> up by authorities! Totally incompetent in the event!

Turn the fearsome BMW smart car loose...and bring the full weight of the invincible Biometric system to bear on these unruly scallywags.

Sorry, the bio-metric system is programmed to only recognize overstaying farangs... after someone has already reported them, of course.

Since the names and addresses of those on the flights have already made it to social media (leaked manifests?), I'm sure the authorities will be able to locate them. As much of a hassle reporting might be, I would hate to have to go into hiding for whatever period it might require.

Naturally. Surely you didn't expect the police to actually find people... did you?

Silly boy.

Totally agree, the only people allowed to enter Australia are citizens or those with permanent residency.

Those people are met at the airport by Border Security/ Police/ Army and take to a hotel where they have to remain in the room for 14 days.

They have more than enough people in uniform here to do the job.

Seems the uniforms in Oz didn’t,t do the job with the Ruby Princess,or rather those in charge and not in uniform! 3 more deaths reported just now  in NSW believed to be from that ship.
