Time to sue China?

Coronavirus has caused massive damage to economies worldwide. That's a no-brainer. It is also evident China and its ruling Communist party covered up the outbreak, and punished medical staff who sought to raise the alarm. This has appeared in an Australian newspaper:

Yes agree 100%, China must be forced to pay reparations. They must pay every single penny lost to everybody due to their (lets be frank) evil and appalling handling of their virus, plus lump sums to bereaved families that lost loved ones. Even to this day the CCP are trying to blame the US or UK for the outbreak. The false narrative aided and boosted by the usual suspects in the west. By punishing China it will ensure the next time they have a virus leak from a top secret lab or from some bat eater they will be open and honest about it.

I wish all countries that destroyed other countries economies are made to pay up. Why, only China?

If one read the news, you will see how Innocent people, including children, were killed brutally by so called powerful developed countries on false accusations etc.

Why, are they justified? Do certain countries have the right by default, to destroy any other country at their whim and fancy? Does not one feel ashamed to cover up those atrocities?

The west needs to protect themselves

I think the Govt of China has sovereign immunity. However, that does not stop actions against Chinese companies or entities or individuals if the standards are met.

Not the first bioweapon planted by the Chinese.   One of the first was Lucy Liu .  I almost

went crazy when watching her and needed to self isolate myself
