following incorrect information from the ships captain, but all passengers should have been checked and tested and quarantined. This has ruined the cruise industry I feel.

Ever seen the stats on gastro going through (no pun intended) a liner? Makes an outbreak in a care facility look easy.

From the article I read in the Australian yesterday the ship’s doctor sought advice from the NSW Dept who authorized the passengers departure.

The emails released by the cruise company suggest NSW Health are at fault.

So Khun Maj-Gen Kosol Chujai, a specialist attached to the Office of the Defence Permanent Secretary is apparently not qualified enough to control 158 incoming passengers.... [rhetorical]

God help Thailand if there was ever a war!

I am a little surprised that it has taken so long for them to wake up,

The Govt Dept charged with law & order will do no more than absolutely necessary to retain their positions  (unless there is money in it).

They hate the Army, the PM & everything it stands for since about 1972 (if you remember then)

This is the first steps to total takeover by the military.  2014 all over again.

First steps? More likely the last steps, they are in control since 2014. Nothing ever changed.
When the constitution was changed and people did not stood up, they sealed the deal for the Army to always stay in control too.

No problemo, when arriving on the TM card put  down job description as General Admiral Colonel Major with 8 stars, this  should automatically over ride anything they say, do you  know who I am!

And dress appropriately.
