Inn Between Posted April 6, 2020 Share Posted April 6, 2020 Giving her a big fine may have some effect in setting an example to create a deterrent for others, but if you really want to punish this very inconsiderate person and put the fear of similar punishment into the hearts of Thais, publish her picture, name, and address, explaining that her selfish actions have endangered innocent people. I'm living here in Thailand, my mother who is 90 is in a care home in England, with a weak immune system and some underlying conditions at the moment. I'd rather she didn't contact the virus as it would be the end of her. Is it me or does it seem as though many Asian women (based on actual incidences) handle serious issues with the same amount of moral & logic as a younger teenager would do. *Can't get tested - decides to spit on the delivery driver *Touches and coughs on nearby public objects *refuses quarantine (LOL all the while puts on a mask if passing by a foreigner) If it isn't unprofessional workplace choices for them it's being a total rotten person at times of 'loss of control.' Comes from both hearing stories from my significant other and online, it seems as though many Chinese/Thai women. Not all, but enough...next, I'll go off on 'Karens.'
