Sheryl
Low Vit D levels Can be compensated for by supplements And yes, depression Why do you ask?
Paul Laycock1
Sheryl, I ask because being wheelchair bound I can’t get outside am not feeling great. Not in a sick way but just a little down. The last time I was out of the house was February. Next time I’m due out is May.
Sheryl
You don't have to be out in it to get the mood lifting effect. Wide open curtains/windows letting sunshine into the house should do it. Make thei nside of the house as sunny as possible and spend time i nthe best lit areas of it (won't be enough for the Vit D though, you need to take a supplement for that)
