moontang
A few years ago, I had about twenty, mostly Thai, digital TV channels for free from the condo. Then, I signed up for a new ISP that included about 50 analogue channels. The installer went up in the ceiling and disconnected one coax, and reconnected it to another. Fast forward, two years..now using 199 per month internet without TV. TV channels worked two more months, and I assumed they just didn't bother switching. Then it goes kaput. I was just about to step up the ladder and switch coax connections, and decided to rescan with the remote. I now have 50 channels analogue and fifty digital channels including a handful of English TV. So, it is a mystery. Was wondering if it is a mistake, or is this the new normal. Have you noticed changes in your condo TV reception? Have you scanned recently?
