BANGKOK:-- AirAsia Thailand will resume its domestic operations from May 1 for passengers in need of travel with strict health controls and social distancing protocol in place, the company announced today.

However, Phuket has not yet been announced as one of the domestic destinations the popular carrier will fly to.

The strict measures to be enforced are in compliance  with the regulations set by the Ministry of Public Health and Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand, said an announcement issued this afternoon (Apr 24).

Yes. Looks like four flights a week with Air Asia. Vietjet also seem to have loads of flights.

Well, this should be fun, a 13 hour flight to Europe wearing a mask. Just when you thought flying could not get any more hellish.

It ain’t “hellish” if you fly business class lol ????

@luk AJ ...Just interested on whether you did your trip on the above dates.

I need to go to Phuket and also go to the Phangna area, but not sure if airport open and can I go over the bridge?.. maybe special papers needed.

Be thankful if you could let me know anything that would help me.
