After pushing over Bancha Ditthaporn who lay unconscious on the road Nanmanas fled the scene.

This has now been upgraded to assault causing death after Bancha died on Monday.

The guy who pushed the old man is certainly guilty but you can blame the government for letting old geezers drive too. 92 years old? It looks like he backed into the truck several times. Was he parking or leaving? What's the story?  This is also a case of We-need-the-whole-story to really understand. No doubt the sons and daughters of those in powerful positions abuse too often. But Thailand needs to get some people off the road too.

There's absolutely no reason why he shouldn't be allowed to drive if he is fit and able to do so.

[It looks like he backed into the truck several times] - he may not have been fit and able to do so, thats the point in getting the whole story.

In this case though, the whole story has little relevance, there as no aggressive violence or actions from the victim.

An older man was attacked and died from his injuries - This is not manslaughter, its Murder.

Which is where he will stay for a long time to think about his insidious actions.
