He said that to comply with the regulation under Section 9 of the Emergency Decree, market operators must specify exits and entrances, set up hand-sanitising checkpoints, mark lines for maintaining social distancing and undertake cleaning operations periodically. “Meanwhile, retailers and customers must wear face masks when at markets,” he added.
