However due to different methods and criteria in counting Covid 19 deaths a credible approximation will not be possible until the number of deaths above the baseline death rate is calculated at a later time.  At this time it is certain that death rates are much higher than reported.

You can just look at the number of excess deaths since the start of the pandemic to know that this latest Fox News talking point doesn't hold much water.
