Couple of facts for doubters. 1 My wife was threatened to the tune of 15K by a Sattahip cop or my retirement visa would be 'difficult' next year and my passport 'confiscated.' 2 My wife's sister (a nurse) had her car stolen. The thief was arrested (by citizens) & taken to Dong Tan thief station Jomtien. Fat officer refused to proceed without 10K payment.
