Foreigner arrested for breaking curfew in Pattaya

A foreigner who fled police cracking down on curfew violators in central Pattaya refused to give his name or nationality.

All he would say is that he is a boxing trainer at a famous Pattaya facility.

The 40-50 year old man was driving a car in Soi Bua Khao around 11.40 pm last night and didn't stop when approached, said Naew Na.

He drove off at speed into a market in the soi and still wouldn't stop. Eventually he was cornered and offered his job as his ID.

He was taken into the Pattaya police station for questioning.

Nothing illegal was found in his car after a search was conducted.

I guess they were seeing the dollar signs when they spotted the foreigner.

I know they started seeing dollar signs when HE RAN FROM THE COPS...what an idiot. You can identify him now as Cheetah because he is gonna be living in the monkey house for awhile.

It's against the law to drive a car without a shirt on.

Hang him ............ hang him hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh!

As boxing trainer he might have a great future in a Thai jail.

No they just saw an idiot who cares only about himself.

no, i was driving around in pattaya after 11 desperate for food a couple of months ago,

i knew nothing about some ban vs just being outdoors trying to survive famine.

it was only the extremely empty ghost town that got me wondering if it was actually a ban in place

List of Top 10 BAD FARANGS in Thailand:

1.  Talk to bar girls, prostitution is ILLEGAL

2.  Drinking and Driving

3.  Complaining, make Thais lose face

4.  Not tipping at a restaurant but paying 2000 baht for ILLEGAL activities

5.  Overstay

6.  Not obeying curfew, emergency decree

even if you swiped right on a girl who you knew was a hooker, you are allowing illegal activities to continue.

we must report every other farang until they are gone....

then, will we be happy?  who cares, we only care about their misery

lol

And is their a name for that haircut when he goes to the barber?

The guy is lucky he did not get a curbside justice beat down.
