ravip Posted May 16, 2020 Share Posted May 16, 2020 Has anyone experienced the "processing failed" error after a factory reset of a Samsung phone and when trying to add the Samsung Account? If you open a browser on your PC or Phone it is possible to login successfully. Changed the password (without any special characters), but failed. After about 24 hours, the problem disappeared!
