Phuket is primarily a tourist town... without domestic travel to any great degree it's a lost cause, I fear a lot of businesses are going to fold in the coming months. The shutdown was just the beginning, waiting for enough customers to turn a profit is going to be a long time coming. 3
Popular Post ChipButty
Every day I see another "For Sale" or "For Rent" sign go up the biggest problem I see is the rents are to high I know of a couple of places and the landlord wont defer the rent of give a discount are the hoping that you will move out and they can sell it on for more rent and key money? Me, if I was paying rent I would stop now at least I know how much I have lost if you carry on you dont know how much you are going to lose. Im seeing the greedy side of some people at the moment 2
