An underwear thief was paraded for the press and national TV after being caught on CCTV.

 

The 29 year old appeared in a crash helmet after a spate of thefts from washing lines in Muang district of Roi-Et in Thailand's north east.

 

At the suspect's house police found more than 2,000 items of underwear.

 

 

The suspect said that his wife had left him and he needed the undies to satisfy his sexual urges.

 

Channel 7 reported the revelations saying that ladies in the area had been forced to buy new smalls.

I am not sure what is more shameful, the pervert thief, or the cops putting the fella on show. The guy clearly has problems, which are likely to be harder to deal with having been shamed nationwide.

I am reminded  of a  time long long ago when the Police in a small town I lived in had for months been trying to  catch a Knicker nicker.

Eventually a woman would be victim identified the criminal and supplied a  vhs video of him in action !

It was a  very large black and white feral tom cat that had dragged copious numbers  of underwear and socks into a patch of  dense undergrowth of a public park.
